Digital products 

All patterns are sold as digital products.

Shortly after purchase, you will receive an email with a link from where you can download the pattern as a PDF file. It is super easy, and you can download the pattern as many times as you want.

Please note that all patterns are protected by copyright and are only for private use. Therefore, the patterns may not be copied, re-sold, or shared. Additionally, systematic selling of products made with the pattern is not allowed.

 

Returns Policy

As the products are digital knitting patterns, purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded once the pattern has been delivered. This is because digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical items.

However, I want you to be happy with your purchase – so if you’ve accidentally bought a pattern in the wrong language, you’re always welcome to get in touch. I’ll gladly send you the same pattern in your preferred language.
